Our policy lasts 30 days. All Round by Maitland only offers store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds to original payment methods.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive digital store credit for the net amount of the item(s) returned, that can be used immediately.
Damaged items must be reported/emailed within 3 days of receipt with photos attached to email@example.com. If not reported within 3 days, we will not issue refunds. All Round by Maitland is not responsible for normal wear and tear to items purchased and will not issue refunds outside of the 3 day window of receiving the item.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will not be included.
Before processing a return
All returns must be correctly processed through: firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent to our distribution centre without the correct return process being done through email@example.com will be discarded upon receipt.
All Round by Maitland does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit when being delivered back to our distribution centre. You must provide a tracking number when you return the order.
By issuing a return to All Round by Maitland, you agree to the terms of the Return Policy.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
All Round by Maitland reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”.
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items, or potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
